Meet Kristen-Jade & Joshua {A Sunset Maternity Session at Derdesteen Beach}

Hi gang! 

I was so excited to meet up with mommy-to-be Kristen-Jade and daddy-to-be Joshua at Derdesteen Beach near Melkbosstrand for a gorgeous sunset Maternity Session.

At the time of the shoot, mommy-to-be Kristen-Jade's pregnancy was only 26 weeks and a day young. She was looking AMAZING! An absolute trooper walking up and down the beach too.

Daddy-to-be Joshua was a total rock star the entire time too, helping and supporting his wife throughout the shoot, lovingly fixing her hair & kissing her cheeks.

Since they’re almost at the end of the pregnancy, I asked them about how their journey has been thus far. Mommy-to-be Kristen-Jade said, “My pregnancy has been really smoothe. My husband has been cooking all the meals and occasionally buying me snacks."

"Feeling my little sunshine move and kick around inside of me has definitely been my favourite thing during pregnancy," she adds.

When asked about one piece of advice she would give to other expecting mommies-to-be for their Maternity Session, Kristen-Jade replied: "Remember your body has changed. Embrace your new body and enjoy capturing these special moments of your pregnancy."
